Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Puply, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our app.
Description of Service
Puply is an AI-powered mobile application that translates pet sounds into humorous text with emotion analysis and meme captions. The service is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes.
User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
- Not using the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Credit Packs (Consumable)
Puply offers in-app purchases for credit packs. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Puply offers auto-renewable subscription options (Premium Monthly and Premium Yearly) that provide:
- Unlimited access to all dog training categories
- Monthly Puply credits (10 credits per month for Monthly, 120 credits per year for Yearly)
- Premium badge and priority support
Subscription Terms
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Management: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- Cancellation: When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods
- Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
Training Categories (Non-Consumable)
Individual training categories can be purchased as one-time, non-consumable purchases. Once purchased, you have lifetime access to that category.
Intellectual Property
The app, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Puply and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
AI-Generated Content
Translations generated by Puply are created by AI and are intended for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content. Users are responsible for reviewing content before sharing.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Puply to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
- Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
Limitation of Liability
Puply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
